A fun day at the beach ⛱️, we head back to van...

We find the local potable watering hole and refill our 25 gallon tank.
A bit tricky as it is a two person job, one to hold the metal valve down on blue column, and one to keep hose in filler neck of the tank.

Ohh deer..
I seem to find deers in groups of three..

We meet a nice couple from GA and reminisce about the better days of Obama. Such a sad country we have now with the lack of leadership. Alas, we take turns taking photos next to the sign.

We drive on to Kansas...
Nice drive, eventually the moon rises

A bit of a long drive to Kanopolis campground, and we find it closed.  Google maps has us four wheeling with the van thru brush only to realize, this won't work. We head back to visitor center to find it closed since May.  Janet magically finds Kanopolis state campground and we park under some trees and have some delightful warm montichristo sandwiches, and I finish (hopefully) my last pickle beer. I swear, they are multiplying in the fridge
Q1
Dinner is served, teeth, all of them brushed, we head to lala land for tomorrow is laundry day...

Moon says good night...
